We ensure complete transparency throughout the construction process. You will receive regular photo and video updates, and we can arrange live online viewings at any time. The site is also equipped with 24/7 cameras, so you can always check the real progress of your villa.

Do you work only with land owned by your company?
We have three of our own plots where construction can begin immediately. However, if you have specific preferences for location, we will help you find the right plot within Costa Blanca and deliver the project in a place that fully meets your requirements.

What guarantees do I receive?
10 years – for structural damage caused by defects affecting the strength and safety of the building (foundation, load-bearing walls, beams, etc.).

3 years – for damage caused by defects in construction elements or engineering systems that affect living conditions (e.g., leaks, plumbing issues, humidity).

1 year – for defects in finishes and workmanship (painting, coatings, carpentry, etc.).
